Olga Kitsakos, the Operations Partner of Shepherd Ventures, manages administrative operations, providing overall support for the investment activities of the Fund. She is also responsible the Fund's communications with its Limited Partners including the Fund's quarterly and annual reporting. Olga has been active in Shepherd Ventures since its inception.

As an entrepreneur, Olga was founder and CEO of the Center for Strategic Management, a management training and computer consulting company. There she conceived, directed and delivered executive level programs on technology, marketing and finance. She has been a consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies and smaller firms, including Citibank, Met Life, AT&T, General Foods, PepsiCo, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the New York City Transit Authority, and the U.S. Army, on the implementation of computer technology.

Olga holds BA and MS degress in Education and Sociology from Hofstra University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Columbia University.
