The Shepherd team is comprised of Managing Directors with successful investment and operating experiences in high technology and life science companies. They have extensive experience in originating, structuring, closing, monitoring, and exiting equity investments. All of them have 'hands-on' operating experience at the CEO/President level and/or have been owners of successful small to medium-sized private companies.

Supporting the Managing Directors are additional professionals who bring significant backgrounds in venture capital, operations and executive management, as well as deep complementary domain expertise in telecommunications and the life sciences.

We have also established an impressive Board of Advisors comprised of executives with experiences in a wide range of activities related to our investment strategy.
